There's a wide grin on Dani's face as she and Enzo - both in ghost mode and both invisible - pass through her door and into Amity Park.

(There's also a flock of butterflies loose in her stomach, but we won't talk about them)

"Well, here we are!" she exclaims quietly. "Welcome to Amity Park!"

Okay, he definitely knows that laugh.

"Wh—Danielle?" Which restores his context for the other voice. "Enzo?"

Dani fades into view up near the ceiling, rocket in-hand. No reason to stay invisible now that Danny's figured out who they are.

"Hey, Danny!" she grins, waving.

Enzo rematerializes as well. "What's processing?"

"Enzo? You're a..." His eyes narrow. "Okay, what'd I miss?"

"What?" Dani has a look of total innocence, and for once it's not fake. "I had nothing to do with it."

"Not nothing," Enzo protests. "You let him scan you."

"Who scanned what? Someone scanned you to... make him a ghost?"

Sadly, he's heard as weird in his home life, let alone Milliways.

Dani sighs and rolls her eyes. "Okay, technically I guess I did. And Garion scanned me; don't worry, it was nothing invasive."

"I made sure of that," Enzo says seriously.

"Okay. Fine. Aaaand you did this just so you could come mess with my stuff?" says Danny with a slight smirk—it's not like he's unhappy to see them, after all.

"Nope; messing with you and your stuff is just an added bonus," Dani replies with a semi-straight face.

Enzo glances at the mobile. "I, uh, think I knocked down one of your planets," he says guiltily.

"No, that's on purpose. The IAU made their decision," says Danny mournfully. "So what are you doing here? Just visiting?"

"Shopping." In the interests of comfort Dani floats down to the bed and sits, cross-legged. "Enzo needs more outfits before our trip."

"We're going to visit the Autobots," Enzo explains, descending as well to sit on the edge of the bed. "Humans use way more clothes than sprites."

"Autobots?"

"Yeah. You know, like Sentibots?"

Now it's Enzo's turn to look puzzled.

"Converters? There are Converters in Milliways?" Danny grins in disbelief (though he should know better than to disbelieve anything. "Oh, man, Tucker is gonna geek out so hard..."

"They call themselves 'Transformers', but yeah," Dani replies. "Anyway one of them - Optimus?" she shoots a questioning look at Enzo "invited Enzo to visit their world. And Enzo invited me. So that's why he needs clothes."

"Only I don't know how many to get. How often do Users do laundry?"

Danny looks mildly confused as the conversation switches gears. "Huh? I dunno, it depends! Once a week, maybe?"

Dani looks over at Enzo. "Well, I guess it all depends on how long we're going to be there. Are we staying a whole week?"

"I dunno. I hope so." In retrospect, he should've gotten more information, huh? "I guess I'll get enough for that. I can always use 'em later."

It's the voices coming out of her brother's room that ultimately pull Jazz away from her studies. "Danny?" she asks, poking her head in the door. "Who're you talking to?"

The redhead brightens when she sees Dani, but glances in puzzlement at the boy beside her with the bright green hair. Since when was there a third halfa in Amity Park (well, four if you included Vlad)?
